Cough-Cough: Go AWAY!

It’s this season as the doctor said. So it must be the season. All the coughing. All the people. Where ever you go.

So here is a little something. Worked wonders – 2 teaspoons before going to bed and in the morning my cough was 85% gone.

  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (sonth)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water

Mix it. Drink it.

You may warm it a little.

It really irritates the throat as its going down. You may cough more for a few minutes too.

Just live with it for the greater good.

Do NOT give it to a child below 2 years till you consult the doctor.
