How to Make your own Massage Oil Blend

Posted by S&P Wellness Private Limited on

Massage can soothe aches and pains, encourage relaxation, stimulate blood blood, encourage the flow of lymph, reduce tension in the skin, calm and uplift the mind.

Massage is Therapeutic

While there are many styles of massage, using an appropriate oil is key.

Usually, there are two parts to any massage oil: Carrier Oil and Essential Oil.

You can choose a single carrier oil as a base or a combination of 2 or 3 carrier oils. And you can add up to 3 or 4 essential oils, depending on the benefit you want.

Just keep in mind that never use essential oils directly on the skin and keep their proportion to 5 drops added to 10 ml of the carrier oil.
